The candidate will also be responsible for handling after-hours calls on a rotating basis, primarily for towing and emergency claims assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the underwriting and claims teams. Manage and update policy, client, and claims documentation. Follow up on outstanding documents and respond to queries. Assist with issuing schedules, processing endorsements, and capturing claims. Coordinate with clients, service providers, and internal departments. Carry a company cell phone after hours for emergency assistance (e.g., towing). Key Attributes:

Matric (Grade 12) is essential. Drivers License and Own Vehicle Non Negotiable Minimum 2 years admin experience (insurance/finance background preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office. No tertiary qualifications required, but insurance-related knowledge is advantageous. Remuneration:
R12 000 - R15 000 Cost to company
