Our client is currently looking for a Financial Controller to join their team in Johannesburg East.Duties include:
Providing support to Business Controlling, MDs and other departments Reporting on a monthly basis. Ensuring sign off from local and group stakeholders Preparing and analysing financial statements Keeping the statutory Trial Balance up to date Reviewing reconciliations Monthly reporting to Group Financial Controllers Assisting and reviewing monthly controlling
Requirements:
BCom Accounting Honours degree SAIPA/ CIMA articles (advantageous) Minimum 4 - 6 years experience in the above duties (advantageous) Advanced Excel and SAP Logistics/ freight/ transport/ supply chain industry experience Financial controlling and reporting experience Knowledge of foreign currency (translations and revaluations) Preparing and Analysing Financial Statements Travel requirements: a few days a year
