Description:
Responsibilities:- Analyse existing systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements and optimisations to improve performance and functionality
- Conduct and oversee testing activities, including unit testing, system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the alignment of implementation solutions with business requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, technical guides and system documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and user support
- Oversee the change management process by conceptualizing suggestions and solutions for strategic and operational changes
Education:
- Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineer or related
- 3 - 5 years' experience in process and business analysis, systems analysis, design, or related
- Experience with UML, data modelling and process mapping
- Some project management experience
- Must have experience with SQL (SQL Queries)
