Key RequirementsSouth African citizen between the ages of 1835 Must have completed Matric (Grade 12) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, energetic, and willing to learn Interest in sales and customer service Key Responsibilities
Telephonic sales, cold calling and canvassing for new business opportunities Promote and distribute information about company services to potential clients Attend client meetings with the sales team to build and maintain strong relationships Assist with labour evaluations and compiling reports for client presentations Learn to create and present notebook (pitch) presentations Support with providing exceptional customer service to clients Track and report on competitor activity, market rates, and trends Assist with issuing terms of business and understanding credit policies Help manage temporary and outsourced staff contracts, including related admin Maintain accurate records using Placement Partner and internal sales tracking tools Shadow the team on collections and account management Provide general administrative support to the sales function Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures What You'll Gain:
