Position Requirements:
Grade 12 + Logistics or Operations Diploma advantageous 5 years’ experience within an operations Code 08 Driver’s License + Own Vehicle Clear criminal recordKPA’s:
Full responsibility of services within the Branch Asset Management Customer visits and liaison / problem solving and ensure HACCP compliance. Infield support to PCO's in terms of HACCP clients and standards. Vehicle maintenance/servicing and check list Supervision of loading and uploading of stock from cages Management, oversight, and involvement in health & safety procedures in conjunction with health & safety representative Adherence to and achieving stipulated key performance indicators in terms of use of handheld devices; providing services on time and sequencing of services followed Manage installations, maintenance tickets and withdrawals Order & control of stock and warehouse Stock management and control of contract consumables Staff management & training Attend meetings as required at customers sites Management and coordination of client safety files and safety files at client sites to keep them up to date and current. Manage employee medicals and inductions for specific sites where needed to keep these certifications current and up to date so that work can be conducted at these sites without interruption. Performance of reasonable tasks other than what is stated above
