Your Responsibilities:
Oversee and implement health and safety policies on-site. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations. Carry out regular site inspections and audits, reporting findings and recommending improvements. Develop and deliver health and safety training for employees and contractors. Investigate incidents and near misses, documenting reports and implementing corrective actions. Maintain accurate health and safety records and documentation. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and site personnel to ensure safety compliance. Promote a positive safety culture, encouraging best practices.What Were Looking For:
A qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and accident prevention. Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial site safety is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills to enforce safety policies effectively. Ability to train and educate teams on health and safety best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report-writing skills. A valid driving license is an advantage.What We Offer:
