Requirements
A Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Marketing, or completion of a relevant internship, is required. At least 2 years of experience in campaign management or as a Campaign Coordinator. Previous experience or coursework in data analysis or business intelligence is highly preferred. Capable of managing campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and copywriting to analysis and reporting. Experience in the financial services or SME business funding sectors is a plus. Proficiency in leveraging data for informed decision-making. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Slack) is an advantage.Responsibilities
Align with partners to maintain and update marketing content and collateral. Manage and maintain email communication reports, providing learnings and next steps. Provide creative direction in line with Partner Corporate Identity. Offer marketing-as-a-service by supporting, advising, and assisting partners in optimising and improving their portfolios. Develop partner marketing strategies, including always-on campaigns and specific objective-driven campaigns. Create and execute launch plans for new partner onboarding and pilots. Compile, present, and share monthly partner marketing reports, tracking key metrics, identifying areas for optimisation, and making data-driven recommendations. Develop and maintain a partner marketing calendar in collaboration with the partner marketing team.
