Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Manage logistics paperwork and documentation
- Assist in fleet management and scheduling
- Accident Reports
- Claim Status Reports
Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma or certificate advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years Proven work experience within a FMCG / QSR Transport Industry or similar role
- HR knowledge and administration imperative
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint with knowledge of logistics software advantageous
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written skills in English
- Meticulous
- Attention to Detail
- Exceptional Time Management, planning and organizational skills
