Description:
Review and authorise card transactions to detect and prevent fraud
Proactively monitor and investigate suspicious transaction activity
Manage disputes and chargebacks professionally and empathetically
Maintain internal fraud watchlists and track emerging fraud trends
Support clients through the chargeback process with clear, compassionate communication
Collaborate with internal teams to assess and improve fraud prevention strategies
Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports
Assist in collections processes and contribute to overall financial operations improvements
Skills & Experience:
4+ years' experience in financial operations within a payments environment
Proven experience with fraud detection, dispute resolution, and chargebacks (a plus!)
Excellent communication skillsverbal and written
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
High levels of empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive client matters
A self-starter with great time management and a solutions-driven mindset
Qualification:
