Description:
- The Digital Campaign & Lead strategist role is responsible for developing and executing both short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline within health insurance sectors.
- This role develops campaign strategies, creates and manages the lead generation, oversees the marketing budget, determines the optimal marketing mix, and prioritizes spending to maximize lead quality and conversion.
- The role will continuously refine and optimize strategies through various mediums, to ensure effective lead generation and return on investment.

- Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
- Certifications in design and digital marketing are advantageous.
- Healthcare management or insurance-related certifications are a plus
- Expert level in META strategy
- Previous experience in aggressive lead generation campaigns
- Experience in building basic strategy for in Linkedin and Tik Tok aswell.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital campaign management and lead generation, ideally within insurance or a related field.
- Experience in digital design, lead generation, and campaign management, particularly in marketing insurance products.
