MCE Electric is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back-Order Clerk to join our dynamic team! If you have strong organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Track shipments and ensure timely updates.
✅ Liaise with customers regarding back orders and deliveries.
✅ Prepare and process shipment orders.
✅ Generate and maintain back-order reports.
✅ Release back orders efficiently.
✅ Compile customer reports as required.
✅ Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements:
📌Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
📌Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or order-processing role is advantageous
📌 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
📌 Ability to multitask and work under pressure
📌 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
📌 High attention to detail and accuracy
