Education & Experience Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science , or a related field
-
3–5 years in IT management roles, including experience with outsourced software development
-
Deep understanding of application lifecycle management , system integrations, and development environments
-
Familiarity with infrastructure : patching, backups, firewalls, endpoint protection
-
Experience supporting audit and compliance reviews
-
Proven track record in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
-
Solid experience with budgeting and reporting aligned to business strategy

Key Responsibilities
Applications & Software Management
-
Manage daily operations of key business applications
-
Oversee software development partners and environments (CI/CD, release cycles)
-
Prioritize fixes, enhancements, and new features with business units
-
Ensure stable and secure APIs and integration points
Vendor & Cost Oversight
-
Monitor all software-related costs: development, licensing, renewals, integration
-
Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure quality delivery
-
Control software licensing and budget allocation
-
Oversee external integrations to ensure seamless functionality
Infrastructure Oversight (via IT Shared Services)
-
Ensure IT services (uptime, backups, patching, cybersecurity) support operational continuity
-
Track infrastructure health and resolve risks/issues proactively
-
Coordinate on platform upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing
People & Team Management
-
Lead the internal IT support team for applications and incidents
-
Coach and set priorities to create a high-performance, collaborative team culture
-
Align team efforts with evolving tech needs and business strategy
Audit & Risk Support

Ensure compliance documentation, access control, and system records are audit-ready
-
Resolve audit findings and continuously improve change control, patching, and backup processes
Business & Executive Engagement
-
Act as the company’s primary IT contact, engaging across departments and executive levels
-
Clearly communicate risks, issues, system status, and timelines in business terms
-
Participate in planning discussions involving systems or tech strategy
Budgeting & Reporting
-
Manage IT budgets, including software and development costs
-
Deliver performance and risk reports to senior leadership
-
Track budget variances and identify cost-saving opportunities
