Job Overview
The Senior Finance Manager plays a critical role in steering the company’s financial strategy, ensuring sound financial practices, and enabling business growth. This role encompasses oversight of budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to enhance strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (South Africa)
-
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar finance leadership role

Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management
-
Experience in managing working capital, liquidity, and cash flow optimization
-
Strong foundation in financial analysis, cost control, and business performance improvement
-
Deep understanding of tax regulations, corporate governance, and compliance
Technical Skills

Proficiency in SAP
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Finnivo / Roll-Up Sheets is an advantage
Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Strategy:
Develop and manage financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment. -
Financial Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the finance team, enhance process efficiency, manage working capital, and optimize cash flow. Ensure compliance with audits, risk management protocols, corporate insurance, and governance standards. -
Payroll Management:
Supervise payroll processing, reconciliations, tax compliance, and liaise with payroll service providers. -
Forecasting & Planning:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic goals. -
Board Engagement:
Prepare documentation and reports for Board, Audit & Risk, and Investment Committee meetings.

Leadership & People Management: Skilled in team leadership and talent development

Analytical Skills: Financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting
