What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our bridging finance products and services, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving business growth and maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales strategies.

• You have the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

• 5+ years of experience in the real estate/property finance industry.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own car.
• Must have a laptop and mobile phone for appointments and travel.
