We’re looking for…

An Area Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations for a car washing company.

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, managing customer service, and implementing process improvements.
  • The Operations Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional car wash services while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of the car washing company, including car wash stations, equipment, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow, increase productivity, and improve service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and environmental standards.
  • Establish and maintain high-quality standards for car wash services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implement quality control measures, and address any deficiencies promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other operational materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop and implement process improvements.
  • Streamline car wash procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of chemicals.
  • Implement safety protocols and train employees on safe working practices.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards or risks.
