Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The Warehouse Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, assisting with the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Goods Receiving & Inventory Management:

  • Unload and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality of products.

  • Label and store products appropriately, ensuring correct stock rotation.

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods using warehouse management systems.

• Order Picking & Packing:

  • Accurately pick items according to orders and prepare them for shipment.

  • Package goods securely to prevent damage during transportation.

  • Assist with sorting and labeling products for shipping.

• Stock Maintenance:

  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.

  • Ensure products are organized and easily accessible within the warehouse.

  • Report discrepancies or issues with inventory levels to the Warehouse Manager.

• Warehouse Cleanliness & Safety:

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.

• Well spoken english
