We're seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to help manage daily operations and support our growing team.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with our payroll provider to ensure accurate timekeeping and employee payments.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Maintain and organize records, reports, and employee files.
Support management team with various admin tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Grade 12; additional education is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
Strong Organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Security industry experience is helpful, but not required.
