We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles to retail customers, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of product knowledge and professionalism. You will guide customers through the entire buying process—from initial inquiry to final sale—while ensuring a transparent and trustworthy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, identifying their vehicle needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicle options to customers, highlighting key features, condition, history, and value.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s pre-owned inventory, pricing, and current promotions.
Coordinate and conduct test drives, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and customer safety.
Accurately complete all sales paperwork and coordinate with finance and insurance teams for final processing.
Follow up with leads and prospects via phone, email, and in-person to convert inquiries into sales.
Ensure the lot and showroom are well-organized and vehicles are clean and well-presented.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay informed on market trends, trade-in values, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive or retail sales (pre-owned vehicle experience preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
