The Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse data, and recommend solutions that drive performance and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deep Dive into Systems : Investigate and understand system functionality, integrations, and underlying data structures.
- Logical Thinking & Problem Solving : Apply analytical skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes,
- Project Coordination : Manage tasks and initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring deliverables stay on track.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with technical and business teams to align objectives and expectations.
- Process & Documentation :
- Investigate existing processes to ensure accuracy of reported behaviour.
- Document changes needed.
- Accurately assess and document as-is system behaviors, workflows, and dependencies.
- Map business processes to identify gaps
- Screen shot customer journeys, and Internal system user journeys.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Vet information provided by stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in adding and updating product into our systems.
- Work with KML files and assit with Precinct management for feasibility
- Validation & Quality Assurance :
- Agility & Adaptability : Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities and shifting focus as required.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working with technical teams, business users, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and business documentation.
- Experience with UML and business process documentation
- Familiar with project managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data flows is an advantage.
