OHS Care is actively recruiting for a qualified Occupational Health Assistant to work wthin the mobile teams as well as in the clinic at the head office in Spartan, Kempton Park.
Duties including but not limited to:
- Assisting the team with Occupational Health Tests (Audiometry / Vision Screening or Spirometry)
- Records management in an electronic database
- Regulatory compliance
- Improve efficiency and quality of work done on-site and in the clinic
Requirements:
- Assisting the team with Occupational Health Tests (Audiometry / Vision Screening or Spirometry)

- Senior Certificate
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Package)
- At least 2 years' experience working on mobiles, clinic or similar environment
- Occupational Health Certificates (Audiometry / Vision Screening or Spirometry) will be advantageous
- Medical Office Administrative certification or Administrative Qualification is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience working in a medical office setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle confidential information
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
- Organisational, leadership and people skills
