Vacancies available for Customer Service/ Uniform fitter at Gina@work

Primary Purpose of the Role is to assist allocated Snr fitter with customer fittings, ensuring stationery and fit ranges are ready to ensure fittings run smoothly in an organised manner. When in the office, to oversee the office and sales support, to ensure all duties are being done.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Ensure Customer service excellence and satisfaction at all times.

2. Load orders onto the computerised order program.

3. Assist the fit team in setting up fit at the arrival of the fit facility.

4. Packing fit range into vehicle scheduled for the fit venue, after fit check fitting range to ensure no garments loss and load vehicle.

4. Do Fittings with the allocated fit team, as per the senior instructions and client-approved quotation and signed-off folder.

5. Assist customers with fitting garments as per client specs and according to best suited for body shape.

6. Ensure the range is kept neat, tidy, and complete. Replace missing tags and sizes per style if required and arrange to be washed if needed.

7. Ensure complete fitting range, all styles and sizes are taken on the day of the fitting as per the client-approved quotation and Snr instruction,

as well as confirmation from the Customer Service Consultant.

8. Check all orders captured are correct to ensure they are by client/range specifications before monthly cut-offs.

9. Attend to any reasonable requests from management.

10. Attend to any ad-hoc duties as required.

11. When in the office attend to admin queries.

12. Must be able to travel out of town for up to a week

13. Must have reliable transport to work - being late will not be tolerated when fittings are being done.

14. Must be able to start early and leave late when necessary during customer roll out fittings.

Skills/Competencies/Experiences:

1. Customer service / Sales experience

2. Valid Driving license NOT NEGOTIABLE

3. Dependability and reliability, organised and meticulous

4. Computer literacy (Excel, Word)

5. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills

6. Excellent communicator (verbal & written)

7. Initiative - Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.

8. Excellent communication skills.

9. Attention to detail.

10. Must have an understanding of clothing / fabrics / sizes.

11. Must be willing to travel overnight when required.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months
