Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall efficient running of the Restaurant (operations, financial, hygiene and safety)
- To implement systems and plans as per the Restaurants policies and procedures
- Effective communication and management of all staff
- Support and coach restaurant staff as required
- Monitor progress against plans and take corrective action where necessary
- Ordering, Control and receiving of stock
- Effective scheduling of restaurant staff
- Managing controllable expenses
- Submitting of relevant reports
- Cash handling and banking
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints
Requirements:

- South African Citizens only
- MUST have a minimum of 2 years Fast Food Restaurant Supervisor experience (McDonalds, Burger King, or KFC is preferred)
- Computer literate - MS Office
- Minimum 2 years POS experience (Micros/ GAAP or similar POS)
- Excellent mathematical and literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work shifts and irregular hours
- Capable of leading and motivating individuals and a team
