Description:

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with experience in Abnormal Transport (Heavy Haulage)? We're on the hunt for a Fleet Controller to join a leading player in the abnormal transport industry! Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily fleet operations and driver schedules
• Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance
• Track locations, troubleshoot transport issues, and ensure timely deliveries
• Oversee maintenance schedules and liaise with workshop teams
• Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, driver hours & vehicle inspections
• Enforce safety protocols and industry regulations
• Deliver top-tier service to clients and support driver performance

What You’ll Need:

• Grade 12
• Experience in the abnormal/heavy haulage industry (preferred)
• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
• Strong communication, time management & problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Navis system (advantageous)
