Description:
Botselo Mills (Pty) Ltd, a growing maize milling company with an established brand situated in Delareyville, seeks to appoint an experienced HR Practitioner/Generalist to fill the above position. This post reports to the Human Resources Manager.
The job entails involvement either in support of the HR Manager or directly with all aspects of the human resources function at the company, including, but not limited to:
Payroll management, development and implementation of HR systems, policies, procedures, & processes; skills development; employment equity; recruitment & selection; industrial relations; payroll; general HR administration; service delivery to line management and employee enquiries.
Requirements:
- B-Degree or 3-year National Diploma in Human Resources Management;
- Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience;
- Proven payroll knowledge and experience as well as HR Systems with Sage People 300 as a definite advantage
- In-depth payroll knowledge
- MS Office proficiency – with advanced Excel skills;
- Extensive knowledge of applicable legislation, including BCEA, EE, LRA, Skills Development;
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills,
- High level of multi-skilling, flexibility and ability to work as part of a team;
- A results driven attitude with high customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, conflict handling and problem-solving skills,
- Code EB Driver’s License.
The successful applicant will possess:
