Job Description:
Effectively drive, monitor, and implement a sustainable quality system within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead all quality verticals including SQA, Process Quality, Customer Quality, and Development Quality.
  • Drive and monitor quality function KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Plan, prepare, conduct, and document external and internal audits.
  • Implement policies, procedures, SOPs, and organize training across the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Solicit and follow up on action plans from relevant functions until resolution.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer-specific quality requirements, including managing customer meetings and portals.
  • Conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM) and prepare corresponding management reports.
  • Track, update, and publish various reports for internal, corporate, and customer use.
  • Regularly update quality trackers and review them with the quality team and cross-functional teams.
  • Standardize and monitor QMS data displays on the shop floor.

  • Must own a car, possess a valid driver's license, and have a cell phone.
  • Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech.
  • Work Experience: 15+ years total, with a minimum of 10 years in quality systems.
  • Functional Expertise: Quality, Production, QMS, and Development Quality.
  • Technical Competencies:
    • Experience in Supplier Quality, Process Quality, Customer Quality, and Development Quality.
    • Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as 7QC Tools, Quality Circles, and 8D problem-solving.
    • Experience with plastic moulding, assembly processes, etc.
    • Awareness of FORD Q1 is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Supplier Quality, Process Quality, Customer Quality, and Development Quality.
  • Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as 7QC Tools, Quality Circles, and 8D problem-solving.
  • Experience with plastic moulding, assembly processes, etc.
  • Awareness of FORD Q1 is an added advantage.

Personal Specifications:
