Join an FMCG team as a Production Manager in the Western Cape!
You’ll ensure that food safety and quality standards meet the set guidelines, and contributes to achieving budget targets while managing costs. They are responsible for maintaining a balanced team structure, promoting a safe working environment, and fostering strong internal and external relationships to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum degree or advanced diploma in a relevant field (Food Tech, Industrial Engineering, Production, and Business Studies) and at least 7 years of progressive experience in food manufacturing, including 3 years in a more senior production role. You should also have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to deliver projects within deadlines.
