First Group Management is looking to appoint an energetic and experienced Guest Experience Manager to manage a dynamic sales team in securing holiday bookings at our various prestige holiday properties.
Whilst the position is fast paced and highly driven there are exciting incentives in place, including and not limited to;

Key Performance Areas
Managing daily, monthly, and annual targets
· Report on daily stats and performance
· Monitor and coach your teams
· Analise, report and identify problem areas
Requirements:
Competencies Required
We require an individual who is target driven, accurate, organized and able to multitask. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and customers service skills, be dependable and have the ability to work under pressure
Qualifications & Experience
MS Office and Electronic Mail
· Previous Contact Centre / Call Centre Supervisory experience
· Extensive Knowledge of call centre Management systems
· Matric and minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment
