Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly capable and connected sales consultant or business development manager with proven experience in selling design- led interior and fit-out solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with architectural firms, design studios, and retail brand managers.
- Strategic Consultation: Provide tailored solutions by understanding client space, brand, and design objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and generate new opportunities in workplace, commercial office, and retail sectors.
- Collaboration: Work with internal design and production teams to deliver effective spatial design solutions.
- Project Management: Manage the client journey from brief to delivery, ensuring project specifications are met.
- Networking & Brand Promotion: Attend industry events to expand professional network and brand presence.
- Sales Experience: 2+ years in interior design, shopfitting, fit-outs, or related solutions.
- Client Engagement: Proven ability to sell to architects, interior designers, retail managers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Spatial Understanding: Ability to interpret plans and contribute to spatial planning discussions.
- Project Knowledge: Strong understanding of project timelines, fitment processes, and the commercial interiors market.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with long sales cycles.
