35 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment Proven leadership and team management skills Exceptional guest-relations and communication abilities Sound understanding of wine service, premium dining etiquette, and POS systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Hospitality qualification advantageous Salary and Benefits:
