Cold Store Floor Manager – Contract Position

Our client in the logistics sector is seeking a Cold Store Floor Manager to join their team

The Floor Manager plays a critical role and will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the distribution centres activities.

Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha

Job type: Fixed Term Contract 5 – 6 months

Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Operations Supervision Team Management Safety & Compliance Inventory Control Logistics Coordination Problem-Solving Reporting & Documentation Process Improvement

Minimum Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Operations Management Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within a cold storage or warehouse environment. Experience in fresh produce handling and exporting, with knowledge of international quality standards
