About the Role:We are seeking a Digital and Connectivity Monitoring Coordinator to oversee and optimize digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient monitoring of network systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking performance, identifying issues, and working closely with technical teams to enhance digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze digital systems, networks, and connectivity to ensure optimal performance. Identify and troubleshoot connectivity issues, escalating to the relevant teams when necessary. Develop and implement monitoring tools to track system uptime, speed, and reliability. Work with IT and telecom service providers to ensure continuous digital operations. Generate reports on system performance, outages, and areas for improvement. Ensure that cybersecurity best practices are followed to safeguard digital infrastructure. Assist with the deployment of new digital technologies and connectivity solutions. Provide training and support to internal teams on system usage and troubleshooting.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital monitoring, network connectivity, or IT infrastructure management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
