Qualifications
Matric Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management 2- 3 years relevant experience Clear criminal record Computer literacy Timesheet and payroll administration experience Biometrics time and attendance system experience Competencies

Drafting of contracts and requisitions Sending out reminders to the relevant HODs for FTCs Induction pack to be given to all new employees send new and terminated packs to HQ Distributing pay slips for bargaining employees Assisting with HR ad hoc duties Eco Time loading and terminating employees Payroll admin (calculating timesheets and getting HODs to sign off Provide HR support to employees on site Reconciling Eco Time with payroll on a monthly basis
