Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management Overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Managing project scope, risks, and changes. Technical Expertise: Developing, reviewing, and modifying complex engineering plans, designs, and specifications. Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team. Team Leadership: Leading and organising the work of lower-level staff, including construction engineers and technicians. Mentoring and developing team members. Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues and problems that arise during construction. Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality. Reporting and Documentation: Preparing clear and concise reports on project progress and performance. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project activities.
Experience & Qualification
BS Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 10 years experience in Construction. Engineering. ECSA registration. Experience in EPC phases (Engineering, Material Procurement, Construction Management) emphasis on Construction Management. Technically qualified to support the projects in Jafurah. Advanced technical and soft skills, excellent written and verbal communication, must be fluent in English and well presented Additional Information
