Your Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of concept designs, schematics, and technical drawings for interior projects. Develop detailed layouts, furniture plans, and material specifications. Support design coordination and project management, ensuring smooth execution. Conduct site inspections and on-site supervision to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. Work with various stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, building regulations, and health & safety codes. Attend project and technical meetings, contributing technical expertise. Assist in BIM development within the interior design department.What Were Looking For:
A qualification in Interior Design or Architectural Technology. Experience in interior drafting for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office. Experience in Revit, 3D modeling, and presentation software is an advantage. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A valid driving license is preferred for site inspections. A passion for interior architecture, design detailing, and project coordination.What We Offer:
