Your Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of architectural designs, from concept to detailed working drawings. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for planning and construction. Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications. Research materials, construction techniques, and regulations to ensure best practices. Support planning applications and liaise with relevant authorities. Develop 3D models, renders, and presentation materials for project proposals. Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and quality standards.What Were Looking For:
A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software. Knowledge of building regulations, construction techniques, and planning procedures. Experience in technical detailing and producing construction documentation. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
