Description:
This role encompasses planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies to support the groups business development and sales and marketing strategy.

Group Commercial Strategy and functional team deliverables:
Enhance and develop the commercial strategy for the group.
Drive the development of markets and territories in South Africa and broader SADC region
Develop new/relevant & implement new product offering across the group companys
Conduct market research and ongoing environmental scanning to ensure the relevance of the group to market needs
Monitor commercial activities to drive group sustainability
Sales strategy and functional team deliverables:

Provide support in terms of high-level engagements

Education and Experience:
Commercial Degree and or Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in management/similar
10-15 years experience in a Financial Services or Asset Management Finance environment
Excellent understanding of Commercial, Sales and Marketing within an asset based finance banking environment
