Technical Competencies & Experience:Determine cost drivers & areas for improvement by analyzing & interpreting financial data Contractors, mileage & cost claims: quoted against actual versus billed Vehicle fuel tracking Managing of overhead expenses Report on Actual vs. Budged & Variance Work with the project manager or administrator to identify any overs or unders for each project. Look into overs & if necessary, ask the client to be billed. Determine the labor costs for each department to make sure prices are correct. Ensure pricing is correct by calculating all pertinent department mileage charges. Participate actively in determining the cost of new services. Participate actively in setting the selling pricing. Making sure the master cost sheet is current and accurate Making sure the service cost sheet is current
