Key Responsibilities:
Cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control of construction projects Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and tender documentation Contract administration and cost reporting Conducting feasibility studies and risk analysis Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholdersRequirements:
BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification Minimum 3-5 years experience in a QS role Registered or eligible for PrQS registration with SACQSP (preferred) Strong knowledge of JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC contracts Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)What We Offer:
