- Cost & Efficiency Guru: Evaluate warehouse operations, payroll, and logistics costs to drive profitability.
- Financial Control Architect: Implement robust SOPs, financial structures, and risk frameworks.
- Daily Finance Leader: Oversee accounting, reporting, cash flow, and compliance.
- Risk & Compliance Guardian: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
- Business Partner: Collaborate with operations to align financial strategy with business growth.
Qualifications:
- CA(SA) + 5-8 years post-article experience in FMCG, Distribution, or Logistics
- Proven track record in cost optimization, financial controls, and risk management
- Strong leadership in daily finance operations and team management
