- Graad 12;

- Sterk administratiewe vermoëns;
- Rekenaarvaardig (Word & Excel);

- Effektiewe ontvangs, verwysing en hantering van navrae;
- Effektiewe hantering van oproepe;
- Hantering van pos;
- Hantering van algemene administrasie;
- Verseker netheid van ontvangs;
- Hanteer en verseker toegangsbeheer.
