Professionele en effektiewe eerste ontvangs van kliënte (intern & ekstern)

Minimum Vereistes:

  • Graad 12;
  • 1 jaar toepaslike ondervinding binne ontvangsarea sal as aanbeveling dien.

Vaardighede:

  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Sterk administratiewe vermoëns;
  • Rekenaarvaardig (Word & Excel);
  • Interpersoonlike vaardighede;
  • Kliëntediens.

Verantwoordelikhede :

  • Effektiewe ontvangs, verwysing en hantering van navrae;
  • Effektiewe hantering van oproepe;
  • Hantering van pos;
  • Hantering van algemene administrasie;
  • Verseker netheid van ontvangs;
  • Hanteer en verseker toegangsbeheer.

Main purpose of the position:

Professional and effective first customer receipt (internal & external)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12;
  • 1 year appropriate experience in reception area will serve as recommendation.

Skills:

  • Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Strong administrative abilities;
  • Computer literate (Word & Excel);
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective receipt, referral and handling of queries;
  • Effective call handling;
  • Handling of mail;
  • Management of general administration;
  • Ensure neatness of reception;
  • Handle and ensure Access Control.
