Key Responsibilities :

• Safety Management : Implement safety protocols, manage chemical handling, and ensure safe machinery operation.
• Health Management : Monitor and address health risks, including chemical exposure and repetitive strain injuries.
• Environmental Management : Drive sustainability by reducing waste and energy consumption, and ensuring proper disposal practices.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct regular audits, ensure compliance with quality standards, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance : Maintain all necessary certifications and ensure adherence to local and national regulations.
• Training & Reporting : Conduct employee training, track safety audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Education : Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7 or higher preferred).
• Experience : 7-12 years in SHEQ management or similar roles, with experience in manufacturing, FMCG, mining, or hospitality industries.

Skills :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and company software systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflict effectively.
