Our Claremont, Cape Town office is expanding, and we are seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Assistant to the Managing Director to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Sales Assistant to the Managing Director will be responsible for providing sales support and assisting the Managing Director with daily operations, customer interactions, and business development activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual with a passion for architectural hardware and ironmongery to make a meaningful contribution to a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative and sales support to the Managing Director.
· Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
· Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
· Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential and existing clients.
· Assist in managing relationships with key clients and suppliers.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
· ensuring targets are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
Key Requirements:
- Matric/ Equivalent
- Preferably valid Driver License
- Computer Literate
