Description:
JOB PURPOSE
To support and enhance the execution of the retailers’ product & services strategy. The Credit Account Manager will drive and implement practical opportunities and enhancements to improve overall turnover and account origination that are commercially viable. The Credit Account Manager will work closely with stakeholders internally and externally to manage initiatives relating to the customer life cycle. The Credit Account Manager will be responsible to manage the existing marketing team within the Commercial department.
New Business
To support the Head of Commercial in the implementation of account and new product strategies Ensure that the execution of the strategies are within budget Consult different functional areas that influence the transformation and execution of the account and new product strategies Identify innovative opportunities, enhancements and business processes Draft / Review customer communication Collaborate with Analytical partners (internal and external) Monitor and share insights with internal and external stakeholders
Turnover
Collaborate with the Head of Commercial in the campaign ideation process Planning of marketing and commercial activities in advance Collaborate with Analytical partners (internal and external) Collaborate with IT regarding all technical aspects associated with the customer journey Ensure that internal stakeholders are informed and well prepared for marketing initiatives Monitor campaigns and intervene if and when required Ensure customer communication is aligned with retailer’s communication strategy Ensure timeous and accurate campaign execution Ensure consistent and regular campaign reporting
Collateral
Ensure marketing collateral is in line with internal strategy and budget Manage relationships with suppliers Review all marketing collateral Monitor expenses according to budget Manage and report on Service Level Agreements and delivery Ensure optimum stock levels Ensure orders are placed and delivered timeously
Financial
Review all invoices Review all monthly reconciliations
Reporting
Formulate reporting requirements, in line with company KPI’s – Adhoc and/or BAU Brief reporting requirements and collaborate with the relevant data analysts. Create / maintain reporting library
