Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of machine learning and AI models that power intelligent decision-making across the business.
• Design and scale a robust BI and analytics framework from scratch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to embed data-led strategies.
• Champion data governance, integrity, and compliance.
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies for executive stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a team of high-performing data professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with proven work in ML/AI and business intelligence.
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms
• Fluency in a programming language (Python, C,C++, Java, SQL)
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau)
