Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:

Nakoming van PAYE en IRP5/IT3 uitreikings.

Effektiewe bestuur van diensvoorwaardes vir alle werknemers.

Opdatering van HR-beleide volgens wetgewing.

Ontwikkel en bestuur 'n gestruktureerde werwingsproses.

Verskaf ondersteuning aan takbestuurders tydens kortlys en onderhoude.

Versamel gereelde statistieke oor vakatures en werwing.

Vereistes:
- Matriek
- Bewese ondervinding in die verwerking van betaalstaat met behulp van SAGE VIP / SAGE Business Cloud Payroll.

Ervaring in die hantering van IOD-registrasies, ROE-indienings en SARS-verslagdoening.

Sterk agtergrond in werwing, opleiding, prestasiebestuur, en die ontwikkeling van HR-beleid.

Bevoegd in MS Office-pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Vertroudheid met HR-stelsels en verslagdoeningshulpmiddels.

Human Resources Manager
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to take responsibility for the full HR function within a dynamic organisation that focuses on adventure, team-building, and staff development. Key responsibilities:

Use of SAGE VIP / SAGE Business Cloud Payroll.

Submission of EMP501 to SARS.

ROE (Return of Earnings) via the DOL website.

Registration of IODs via Compeasy.

Compliance with PAYE and issuing of IRP5/IT3 documents.

Effective management of employment conditions for all employees.
-
Updating HR policies in line with legislation.
-
Develop and manage a structured recruitment process.
-
Provide support to branch managers during shortlisting and interviews.
-
Collect regular statistics on vacancies and recruitment.
-
Develop and implement the Human Resources Plan.
-
Align HR policies with the company’s strategic goals.
-
Monitor HR information and reporting.
-
Develop and manage training and talent strategies.
-
Implement induction programmes.
-
Develop and implement performance management procedures.
-
Monitor outcomes and conduct work-study investigations.
-
Promote a healthy work environment and compliance with OHS regulations.
-
Manage health and wellness, HIV, TB, and safety programmes.
-
EE, WSP & ATR reporting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in payroll processing using SAGE VIP / SAGE Business Cloud Payroll.

Experience in handling IOD registrations, ROE submissions, and SARS reporting.

Strong background in recruitment, training, performance management, and HR policy development.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of South African labour legislation including BCEA, EE, LRA, SDA, OHSA
