Job Responisbilities:
- Active procuring of orders for the business unit (Walk and Calling Customers).
- Sending Speed point slips to Debtors daily
- Opening and Closing off gate
- Assisting Visitors
- Arranging Couriers when needed
- General office duties
- Assisting Branch Manager, Internal Sales and Bu Administrator
- Pre - Pare Quotations
- Confirm if your Quotation Payments is on the bank to Convert sale in to SB
- Insure your customer stock gets delivered
- Sales Report
- Cap Plan Report
- Booking of Production for RS and Poles
- Green stock Movement for RS and Poles
- Timeously supply weekly reports & information to Head office
- Assisting in Logistics when Needed
- Assisting in Creditors when needed

- Logistic Experience: 3 to 4 years
- Sales Experiece: 4 to 5 years
- Matric or relevant NQF qualification;
- Appropriate post Grade 12 Marketing and/or Sales qualification will be an advantage
- 3-5 years’ sales Experience
- 3-5 years’ Logistics Experience
- 3-5 years’ Creditors Experience
Edicational and work background:
