We are seeking a reliable and experienced Semi-skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a food processing or industrial environment. They will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment in our facility.

Requirements:
- Electrical Systems: 2 to 3 years
- Mechanical Systems: 2 to 3 years
- Willing To Learn Maintenance Management Software: 2 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repairs
- 1. Assist in performing scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyors, motors, compressors, and HVAC systems.
- 2. Support troubleshooting and basic repairs of mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
- 3. Carry out general maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of simple machine components.
- 4. Help maintain refrigeration systems to support product quality.
- 5. Support the repair and servicing of hydraulic and pneumatic systems under supervision.
Safety & Compliance
- 1. Adhere to all safety guidelines and assist in identifying and reporting hazards.
- 2. Ensure all work complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act).
- 3. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities for compliance and audit purposes.
Support & Optimization
- 1. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as directed.
- 2. Provide hands-on assistance during equipment operation to support production teams.
- 3. Suggest basic maintenance improvements to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in cold and wet conditions.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
