- Assist in overseeing joinery projects and on-site installations.
- Travel between sites in the Boland area (vehicle provided).
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Keep things running smoothly on site — monitor quality, timelines, and health & safety.
- Sort out problems on the go — thinking on your feet is key.
- Keep an eye on materials, tools, and site activity.
â You Are:
- A hard-working, trustworthy, and practical person.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and can speak/understand English .
- Great with common sense and can figure things out on your own.
- Willing to learn and not scared to get your hands dirty.
- Able to lead others with time and take ownership of a site.
- Driver’s licence required — you’ll get a company vehicle to use.
