Location: Mitchells Plain, Cape Town
Salary Package: R15,000 + Benefits (Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Performance Bonus)

A well-established casual dining restaurant in Mitchells Plain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of service and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead and manage front-of-house and kitchen staff

- Handle customer service, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness

- Restaurant Manager: 3 to 4 years
- Front Of House: 4 to 5 years
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (Hospitality Diploma preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ recent experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role (essential)
- Fully bilingual (English and at least one other South African language)
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Clear criminal record
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 (with one day off every second week)
- Weekends: 06:00 – 18:00 (every second weekend off)
