Description:
Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in support of system enhancements, changes, or new solutions. The role plays a key part in identifying system and process shortfalls, quantifying current performance indicators, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop remedial and improvement solutions. The role also includes maintenance and quality assurance of client databases and support of change requests and implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with internal stakeholders.

Document functional and non-functional requirements using standard documentation tools.

Create and update as-is and to-be process documentation.
-
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
-
Liaise with developers to ensure accurate translation of business needs into system functionality.
-
Coordinate and participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
-
Document test cases, perform business analyst testing, and track feedback and outcomes.
-
Facilitate change requests, ensuring submission, review, development, and implementation within agreed timelines.
-
Monitor, update, and report on project timelines and progress to stakeholders.
-
Support ad hoc tasks within the PMO function, including ticket resolution and process improvement.

Conduct quality assurance checks on client configurations and system changes.

Relevant tertiary qualification in business, IT, or project management.

Qualification in Business Analysis or Project Management is preferred.

3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a call centre or assistance services environment.

Strong documentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Requirements:
Education:
